Shipping Policy

We know you don’t want to wait around — you want to get out and ride. Once your order is placed, we’ll do our best to get it packed and sent within 3–5 business days, so you can get back to chasing gravity in style.

Within Australia:

Free Shipping: Orders over AUD$100

Standard Australia Post: $10

Express Australia Post: $16.50

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post . In general orders should be received within 5 -7 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas, and depends on the postal service.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ridelaunched.com . Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. Launched at the Scenery will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.
